Yoga is a fully self-service online company. You can manage all aspects of your policy 24/7 by logging into your online portal here.

We also have our friendly chat bot, Yogi, who can assist with any questions you have. You can access this by clicking the chat button that appears in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
If Yogi is unable to answer your query you will be connected to one of our live chat agents. This service is available between 09:00-12:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00-14:00 Saturday. Outside of these hours, we operate a messaging page where you will usually get a response within 24 hours. Please note as we are an online only company we do not have a telephone number for general enquiries.
